Have had oil change and other repairs done. They were honest about me needing to check with previous auto shop bc some of current issues are still under warranty there. They took time to explain things and checked in along the way. They could have done work and charged us but didnt

They give great service as I have been taking suburban there for years. They miss a 5 star because they wouldn't let me use coupons for Kwik Kar in Richardson. They need to have more coupons for service repairs as that can be pricey....

I was driving out to do my Uber runs and noticed the indicator coming on. My brake fluid was low and needed service. I took it to this location and behold, one of the serviceman noticed that some of the brake pads were not done correctly. They completely did the work and took care of me. I always took my car to the Kwik Kar location on Greenville Ave and will no longer will do business with them.
